The SaniServ 791 frozen drink machine's exterior is constructed of stainless steel, which is durable and can be cleaned quickly. Made of steel, the interior frame adds strength to the unit. This machine is designed to sit on countertops, and it has a small footprint to maximize counterspace. It is equipped with heavy-duty stainless steel dashers that are fitted with low-friction scraper blades to ensure product is effectively mixed. Each of the sides has its own head for dispensing as much as 10 gallons of frozen cocktail per hour.

The SaniServ 791 margarita machine comes with an AccuFreeze™ solid-state control, which enables the product to have the same consistency every time. Its self-contained refrigeration system is air cooled, so it should not be kept in areas where temperatures get higher than 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This system uses R404A refrigerant to chill the unit, and the evaporator and mix reservoir can hold 14 quarts of product mix.
