It is designed to sit on top of a counter and has a small footprint, which frees up more counter space. Product is mixed by a heavy-duty stainless steel dasher equipped with low-friction scraper blades.

Because the SaniServ 108R countertop margarita machine has an 8-inch face plate, customers can see product mixing inside, and automatic consistency controls ensure that product is mixed uniformly. Four legs elevate the unit off the countertop for cleaning underneath. This unit needs 6 inches of clearance on the sides and back, as well as a remote condensing unit.
