The SaniServ 414-SERVE soft serve/yogurt freezer uses self-contained refrigeration that can be cooled by either air or water, as the cold temperatures are maintained by R404A refrigerant. Traditional single-barrel design can mix 20 quarts of product, and a stainless steel exterior adds durability for frequent use. Since there is a steel interior frame, the unit will stand up to heavy-duty use. AccuFreeze™ solid-state controls ensure product is prepared consistently to simplify operation, and the unit is mounted on four casters for mobility. The SaniServ 414-SERVE soft serve/yogurt freezer has a scroll compressor for increased efficiency and durability, as well as quiet operation. For quick cleaning, the unit simplifies disassembly
