With the Bunn 53400.0101 ICB Tall Platinum Edition Infusion series twin automatic coffee brewer, you can ensure that you always have fresh coffee on-hand for your thirsty customers! Designed for optimal performance and efficiency, this brewer holds (2) 2.5 to 3.8 liter airpots or 1 to 1.5 gallon ThermoFresh servers with bases (sold separately) for efficient brewing and coffee service. The tall design of this coffee brewer allows it to brew into taller vessels with ease! It has a platform to hold the servers in place during the brewing process. Plus, the large 5.6 gallon tank provides plenty of capacity for back-to-back brewing during your busiest shifts.

To ensure high-quality results, this brewer uses SmartWAVE sprayhead technology to provide excellent uniformity of extraction and help reduce lime scale buildup. The special Peak Extraction sprayhead is multi-directional with a 17 hole design that uniformly extracts the flavor from the grounds. Pre-infusion and pulse brew features provide maximum flavor extraction and the cold brew lock out and digital temperature control also help ensure a top quality finished product. The electronic funnel lock keeps the funnel in place until drip-through is complete to prevent accidents.

Highly versatile, this automatic coffee brewer features a 4.3" color touchscreen control panel so you can customize your brewing cycles and recipes. It's also USB programming capable to best serve the needs of your business. Energy saver mode reduces the tank temperature during idle periods to help save energy and a brew counter helps you keep track of how many batches have been brewed so you can plan for routine maintenance. A separate hot water spigot comes with the unit and can be custom installed to make it easy and convenient to make tea and other hot beverages to-order in your cafe, restaurant, or hotel.
