The SaniServ 724 margarita machine features two sides—each with its own head for dispensing product—that give the machine the capability to dispense two different flavors of frozen cocktails. Each side has its own 20-quart evaporator and mix reservoir and can produce 20 gallons of product in an hour. The exterior is made of stainless steel, so it can be wiped clean, and the interior frame is made of steel, providing the unit with structural support.

The stainless steel dasher in the SaniServ 724 frozen cocktail machine is equipped with scraper blades that are low friction for mixing product. Compatible with R404A refrigerant, the refrigeration system is self-contained and air cooled. It features two 2-horsepower compressors, but because the unit is air cooled, it should not be kept in areas where temperatures exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit. An AccuFreeze™ solid-state control helps ensure consistent product.
