This filter is designed with gradient-density depth filtration, which filters dirt, rust, sediment, and debris as small as 0.5 microns in size. High-capacity activated carbon within the filter works to reduce chlorine and undesirable tastes and odors, and its patented IsoNet technology prevents harmful scale deposits from building up inside your equipment. All of these features together reduce maintenance frequency and cost, improve operating efficiency, and protect components like solenoids, valves, and fittings against wear and plugging. And by purifying the water going into your ice machine, you can be sure your ice won't transfer undesirable flavors to beverages!

When it comes time to change the filter cartridge, the process couldn't be easier. A 1/4 turn "quick-twist" design makes it easy to swap one cartridge out for a new one - just allow 3" of clearance below the system for cartridge removal. It installs easily using a wall-mount bracket and a full-flow inlet shutoff valve. It has a service flow rate of 2.25 GPM and a maximum pressure rating of 125 psi. It is recommended that you replace the filter cartridge every 6 months for optimal performance.
