This unit can hold (16) 1/6 size plastic pans, which are included, so you can keep your most-used ingredients handy at all times. This makes it great for assembling pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and other orders with multiple ingredient offerings.
The refrigerated cabinet features one shelf for organized storage and has a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor for insulation and ease of cleaning. The two door construction is self closing, and can remain open at 90 degrees for convenient access.
Convenient Cutting Board
Perfect for a variety of tasks, the unit features a 48" long, 9" deep cutting board. This provides ample space for prep work, from dicing tomatoes to assembling and slicing a sub. It's even easy to remove for cleaning when necessary.
Built with a 1/2 hp compressor, this prep table is kept cool with R-134a refrigerant.
Durable Construction
This unit is designed with stainless steel for natural rust- and corrosion-resistance.
Four casters are included for mobility. Two casters lock for secure, stationary use.
Easy to Monitor
An electronic thermostat with external digital LED display allows for accurate temperature control. Temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit to keep all refrigerated product safe for consumption.
